Co-Chief Executive Officer

Cynthia is a visionary executive with over a decade of senior leadership experience in the Social Care industry. Cynthia has led diverse teams to achieve world-class quality standards. She is an Organisational strategist, Aged Care Clinical Global Consultant, Author, Speaker, NLP Certified Coach in Mindset & Leadership, Philanthropist, and a CrossFit Athlete.

Cynthia is also an Australia Day Ambassador, Female Wave of Change Australia Ambassador, NextGen Ambassador – Leading Aged Care Services Australia, Western Australia Council. She is passionate about empowering people by providing them with access to basic human needs: housing, clean water, energy & food’. Yammie Owusu B.Arch

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Born in Accra, Ghana, Yammie is currently based in Perth. He has over 38 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry working in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Auckland (NZ) and Perth. He was registered as an architect for over 12 years in NSW and WA and has worked with leading Australian practices on a wide range of residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, scientific and institutional projects.

Yammie has held management roles and been involved in “design and construct” start-up companies in Sydney and Perth. He has a keen interest in energy-efficient building systems and has designed and managed the construction of a number of innovative buildings using systems such as SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) and ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) in Perth. Producing affordable housing has always been a firm aspiration for him.

Dominic Dagbanja

Chief Legal Officer

Dr. Dominic Dagbanja is a Senior Lecturer in Law at The University of Western Australia Law School and Research Fellow, African Procurement Law Unit, Department of Mercantile Law, Stellenbosch University.

He previously worked at The University of Manchester Law School as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and at The University of Auckland as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Dr. Dagbanja was also a Lecturer in Law at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He practised law with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah and was an Assistant State Attorney in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney-General’s Department of Ghana.

Dr Dagbanja also worked as a Senior Legal Officer at the Public Procurement Authority of Ghana and as a Legal Assistant in Gustavo Matheus, Esq. LLC in Maryland, United States.

J Mawuli Ababio MA

SNR Business Advisor

With a Masters degree in International Business and Economic Development (University of Reading UK and a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (University of Keele UK), Mawuli is an investment Banker/Private Equity specialist with over 30 years of experience in Africa.

He worked for SIFIDA Investment Company, Switzerland (now BNP Paribas SIFIDA), the African Development Bank and the UK Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) and was their first Ghanaian Private Equity Fund Manager, successfully investing in several profitable Ghanaian SMEs.

He is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded and owned an investment banking firm and a leading microfinance business. He has served on the Board of several companies and currently sits on the board of the Bank of Ghana Bank and is the Managing Partner of PCM Capital Advisors
